报告题目:Global existence and eventual smoothness of a nutrient consumption system involving local sensing and proliferation

摘要:In this talk, we consider the Keller-Segel-type nutrient-consumption system involving signal-dependent motilities and proliferation. This system describes a spatio-temporal evolution of aerobic bacteria, which consume the nutrient  v  and proliferate. For all suitably regular initial data, this system possesses global bounded classical solutions in two-dimensional counterpart, whereas in the corresponding higher-dimensional settings, globally-defined bounded classical solutions are constructed provided that  v 0 is appropriately small. Furthermore, in higher-dimensional spaces without the smallness restriction on  v 0, it is proved that global weak solutions exist, which become smooth and bounded after some waiting time. Moreover, the asymptotic behavior of such solutions is established. This is a joint work with Liangchen Wang and Rui Huang.



报告人简介:穆春来教授享受政府特殊津贴,2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,2008年入选重庆市学术与技术带头人,2020年入选重庆市英才计划领军人才。2014年获国家教学成果二等奖,2025年获重庆市教学成果奖特等奖和二等奖、2019年获教育部自然科学二等奖、2015年获重庆自然科学二等奖。教育部非线性分析数学与应用重点实验室、重庆市分析数学与应用重点实验室、国家一流专业“数学与应用数学”、国家一流课程“线性代数”。长期从事非线性偏微分方程和生物数学研究,已在M3AS、CVPDE、JDE、Nonlinearity、JNS、中国科学等国内外权威数学期刊发表论文多篇。承担了国家自科基金、重庆自科重点基金等多项。先后在莫斯科大学、中佛罗里达大学、德克萨斯大学阿灵顿分校、澳大利亚Curtin科技大学、香港城市大学和香港理工大学等访问。曾任重庆数学会副理事长,现任期刊ERA和CMAA编委。
