刘振海,广西民族大学理学院特聘教授,广西高校优化控制与工程计算重点实验室主任,南京理工大学博士生导师,享受国务院“政府特殊津贴”专家,湖南省新世纪121人才工程第一层次人选,广西特聘专家。主要从事非线性偏微分方程、分数阶微分方程、(偏)微分方程的能空性和控制理论、复杂系统的建模与控制、变分不等式的研究。在国内外重要学术期刊发表论文200多篇。目前,有5
篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。获广西自然科学二等奖1项,湖南省自然科学二等奖1项,湖南省科技进步奖三等奖1项。主持完成国家自然科学基金10项,国际合作项目6项。

In
this talk, we consider the regularization of a class of elliptic
variational-hemivariational inequalities driven by the fractional Laplace
operator. First, we demonstrate characterizations of nonlocal elliptic
variational-hemivariational inequalities. Next, we provide weak coercivity
conditions which guarantee the existence and uniqueness of solution. Finally, by
virtue of the so-called Browder-Tikhonov regularization method, we introduce a
strongly convergent approximation procedure for the considered nonlocal problems
considered without any coercivity condition.
